- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside for later use.
- Place Oreo cookies in a food processor and pulse until reduced to fine crumbs.
- Add softened cream cheese to the cookie crumbs and process until completely incorporated and a thick, pliable dough forms.
- Scoop approximately 1-tablespoon portions of the mixture and roll between your palms to create smooth balls. Arrange on the prepared baking sheet.
- Transfer the baking sheet to the freezer for 20 to 30 minutes until the balls are firm to the touch.
- Place white chocolate or candy melts in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until completely smooth and fluid.
- Using a fork or dipping tool, submerge each chilled ball in the melted chocolate. Lift gently and allow excess coating to drip off before returning to the baking sheet.
- Work quickly while coating is still wet. Cut mini marshmallows diagonally to create ears, dip the cut sides in pink sugar or gel, and press onto the top of each ball. Attach chocolate chip eyes, heart sprinkle or M&M nose, and a mini marshmallow tail.
- Refrigerate the decorated bunny balls for at least 30 minutes or until the chocolate coating is completely firm.
