# What You'll Need:

01 - 36 Oreo cookies (about 10.5 oz)
02 - 8 oz cream cheese, softened

→ Coating

03 - 14 oz white chocolate or white candy melts

→ Decorations

04 - 48 mini marshmallows for bunny ears
05 - Pink sanding sugar or edible pink gel for ears and nose
06 - 48 mini chocolate chips or edible black marker for eyes
07 - 24 pink heart sprinkles or pink M&M minis for noses
08 - 24 mini white marshmallows for tails, optional

# How to Prepare:

01 - Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside for later use.
02 - Place Oreo cookies in a food processor and pulse until reduced to fine crumbs.
03 - Add softened cream cheese to the cookie crumbs and process until completely incorporated and a thick, pliable dough forms.
04 - Scoop approximately 1-tablespoon portions of the mixture and roll between your palms to create smooth balls. Arrange on the prepared baking sheet.
05 - Transfer the baking sheet to the freezer for 20 to 30 minutes until the balls are firm to the touch.
06 - Place white chocolate or candy melts in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until completely smooth and fluid.
07 - Using a fork or dipping tool, submerge each chilled ball in the melted chocolate. Lift gently and allow excess coating to drip off before returning to the baking sheet.
08 - Work quickly while coating is still wet. Cut mini marshmallows diagonally to create ears, dip the cut sides in pink sugar or gel, and press onto the top of each ball. Attach chocolate chip eyes, heart sprinkle or M&M nose, and a mini marshmallow tail.
09 - Refrigerate the decorated bunny balls for at least 30 minutes or until the chocolate coating is completely firm.

# Expert Advice:

01 -
  • These adorable bunny treats disappear faster than you can say hop to it making them perfect for hungry spring crowds
  • The no bake approach means you can spend more time decorating tiny bunny ears and less time hovering over a hot oven
02 -
  • Decorating must happen immediately after dipping because white chocolate sets faster than you expect
  • Straight from the freezer these balls dip cleanly but if they warm up even slightly the coating will not adhere properly
03 -
  • If chocolate coating becomes too thick for dipping stir in one teaspoon of vegetable oil to thin it out
  • Use clean kitchen scissors to slice marshmallows diagonally they produce much cleaner cuts than a knife
