01 - Slice chicken breasts into thin strips for quick, even cooking.
02 - Heat olive oil in skillet over medium-high heat. Add seasoned chicken strips with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Cook 5–7 minutes until golden and fully cooked.
03 - Whisk together sweet chili sauce, mayonnaise, and lime juice in small bowl until smooth.
04 - Heat tortillas in dry skillet or microwave 20 seconds until pliable.
05 - Spread sauce over center of each tortilla. Layer with lettuce, carrot, bell pepper, spring onions, cucumber, and cooked chicken. Drizzle additional sauce if desired.
06 - Fold sides inward and roll tightly from bottom to secure filling. Slice in half diagonally and serve immediately.
