# What You'll Need:

→ Greens

01 - 2 cups fresh spinach leaves, washed
02 - 1/2 cup kale leaves, stems removed

→ Fruits

03 - 1 medium green apple, cored and chopped
04 - 1 ripe banana, peeled
05 - 1/2 cup pineapple chunks, fresh or frozen
06 - Juice of 1/2 lemon

→ Flavor & Boosters

07 - 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, peeled and grated
08 - 1 tablespoon chia seeds, optional
09 - 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup, optional to taste

→ Liquids

10 - 1 cup cold water or unsweetened coconut water
11 - 1/2 cup ice cubes

01 - Place spinach, kale, green apple, banana, pineapple, lemon juice, ginger, and chia seeds (if using) into the blender container.
