03 - Spread a thin line of cream cheese filling along one edge of each flattened bread slice, then roll up tightly from the filled side.
04 - In a shallow dish, whisk together eggs, milk, and vanilla extract until fully combined.
05 - In a small bowl, mix granulated sugar with ground cinnamon.
06 - Submerge each roll up in the egg mixture, turning to ensure all sides are coated.
07 - Melt unsalted butter in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Fry roll ups until golden brown on all sides, about 2–3 minutes per side.
