# How to Prepare:

- Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.
- Using a sharp knife, cut a pocket into the side of each chicken breast, being careful not to cut all the way through.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, mozzarella, buffalo sauce, green onions, garlic powder, and black pepper until smooth.
- Stuff each chicken breast with an equal amount of the cheese mixture, pressing the edges to seal as best as possible.
- Wrap each stuffed chicken breast with 2 bacon slices, overlapping to cover the filling. Secure ends with toothpicks if needed.
- Place chicken bombs seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through (internal temperature 165°F) and bacon is crispy.
- If desired, broil for 2 to 3 minutes to crisp up the bacon further.
- Rest for 5 minutes, then remove toothpicks. Drizzle with extra buffalo sauce and garnish with chives or parsley.
